It is prohibited to use our product for any commercial purpose. In any case, if you would like to collaborate with our shop or purchase a commercial license, please reach out to us with the request.

For Personalized Products, please note that it is also a digital art product, which has the final product sent to you via email, under ready-to-print format only. The final product will be sent 24 hours after your purchase. There will be no Physical product shipped to you.

Since our products are digital art for instant download, we do not accept any returns or exchanges after the purchase has been made. Digital art products will be ready for you to download once the payment is settled. Therefore, it is also prohibited any cancellation after purchase.

For Personalized Products, we accept free cancellation/ exchange within 4 hours after purchasing. Please reach out to us if you wish to cancel your order or make any changes to your order. Any cancellation or exchange requests over 4 hours after purchasing, will be charged as per the order value.
